Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines with an excellent sales performance and have at least 3 to 5 years experience of managing a team in banking or FMCG industry.
- Able to implement business plan and sales strategy.
- Able to recruit, coach and develop sales personnel to become a good performers.
- Able to foster the right team environment for sales personnel to strive for performance excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
