About the Role
Team Member (Grass Cutting) (Technical)
Working hours Mon-Thu (Apply online only) hrs, Fri (Apply online only) hrs
Job Purpose
To ensure litter free, and well maintained grass areas within all parts of the Borough reaching an agreed standard.
Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance
Sweeping, litter removal, clearing of leaves, fly tip and bonfire removal.
Edging grass verges.
Use of power tools as directed i.e. strimmers and blowers.
Mowing as directed using pedestrian and ride-on controlled machinery.
General driving duties including routine vehicle maintenance/inspection and vehicle cleaning.
Other Duties
Deal with customer requests for service enquiries/complaints
Report any defects to Area Officer/Line Manager
Report any accidents
Be prepared to work across any team in Environmental servicesRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
