We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in US Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling US Mortgage Underwriting processes

• Review loan files, income calculations, credit analysis, and mortgage documentation

• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and client requirements

• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and TAT

• Conduct quality checks and provide performance feedback

• Handle escalations and support process improvements

• Train and mentor team members

• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in US Mortgage Underwriting / Due Diligence
