Team Leader (Shipping)

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Leader (Shipping) is responsible for supervising daily shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and safe dispatch of goods. The role leads warehouse associates, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with DHL standards, safety rules, and customer requirements.

• Supervise daily shipping and dispatch activities
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and loading of shipments
• Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time dispatch performance
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Transport teams
• Prepare basic reports and endorse issues to immediate superior
• Perform other tasks related to shipping operations as assigned
