Team Leader

Dollarama is hiring a full-time Team Leader at their store in Quebec City, QC (G1H 2S5) . This is a permanent, full-time position (25+ hours per week) with open availability required including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising store associates, providing guidance and support
• Responsible for store merchandising, shelf stocking and boxing and unboxing daily shipments
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
• Conducting managers on duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance is taken
• Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards based on company strategy
