  • Lead shift operations to achieve safe, efficient production and strong team performance.

  • Coach, support and develop operators and technicians, driving engagement and continuous improvement across the shift.

  • Use trade skills to troubleshoot, support maintenance and contribute to improvement projects

    • Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a team of technicians and operators. You will be managing both the day-to-day tasks and strategic planning across Production, Quality and Maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
