SUMMARY

We are currently looking to hire a Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Leader for our RIBON IP/ Optical NOC in Germany..

The position is responsible for managing a 24x7 team that monitors customer IP & Optical networks and facilitates the incident and problem management process, including escalations to higher tiers.

This role serves as the critical bridge between tier-1/2 engineers and management, ensuring strict SLA compliance

The Team Leader for an IP/Optical NOC manages a 24/7 technical team that responds to system-generated Alarms and/or notifications from customers and is responsible for handling those from creation through to resolution.
