Team Leader - Clinical Negligence (Birmingham)

The successful candidate will be joining our dynamic, large, and growing team of Clinical Negligence experts and be working in one of the teams that deals with Group Action claims. You will be joining a group that prides itself on delivering high-quality service to our customers while maintaining a busy and fast-paced environment. As the Team Leader, your role will be pivotal in guiding and developing the Clinical Negligence team to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your leadership will play a key part in ensuring we achieve the objectives of Fletchers Clinical Negligence plans, driving excellence and supporting the team to reach new heights of success.
