Team Leader - Cities & Places Sector - Piping

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong pastoral leadership, supporting team wellbeing, engagement, and day-to‑day guidance
• Assist with resource planning to ensure effective workload distribution and operational resilience across the team
• Support the Section Leader and Director of Operations by reinforcing strategic priorities, maintaining team focus, and enabling clear, consistent communication
• Review and approve weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Conduct or support e3 career, performance, and development conversations, fostering continuous growth
• Coach and mentor junior and mid‑level team members, providing constructive feedback and career support
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members
• Act as a role model and advocate for Jacobs’ Culture of Caring, Inclusion & Diversity, and key strategic initiatives
