Community Care Services supports our aging population, helping them live with dignity and independence in their own homes. Our services cater to the elderly and those with mental illness, disabilities, or other disadvantages.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to take on the position of Team Leader Care Services within our Community Care Services Team.
