• Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.
• The designation of Team Leader should be on paper.
• LOB experience: voice or blended
• Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Budget 7 lacs or hike 15 %- 20% whichever is lower
• Immediate joiner who can join us in a week
