Lionbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 4 to join our experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technical expert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do Demonstrate leadership ability to assist the supervisor in directing, coaching, mentoring team members that include, but are not limited to, work performance; WIP flow; materials, process and product quality issues escalation; team communication; production outs/build assignments. Assist in coordinating work orders by priorities.
