The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and personal development.
