We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in the L9 area, working full-time in a specialist complex autism (ASC) class. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with autism in accessing education, developing independence, and achieving their potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct classroom support to pupils with complex autism.
Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to deliver tailored learning plans.
Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation strategies.
