Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Mill School), Salary Scale point 4 - 6 (£23,490 - £24,246) Reporting to: Senior Teacher/Deputy Headteacher Purpose of role: To work with students, parents, teachers and outside agencies on matters related to student welfare, thereby encouraging positive behaviour and attitudes to student learning.
