As a key leader, the Senior Manager will report to the AVP of Regulatory Affairs and direct a team dedicated to compliance excellence for TD Wealth. You will ensure all processes align with legal standards while developing your team’s skills and capabilities. Strong relationship-building and analytical proficiency are essential to thrive in this complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide internal partners on registered plan strategies
• Maintain awareness of legislative changes affecting products
• Present insights and updates to senior stakeholders
• Analyze and improve Trustee & Agent agreements
• Foster high-performing team dynamics
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance or consulting
• Relevant university degree and/or equivalent experience
