Job Summary:
The Tax Examiner is responsible for reviewing and processing tax-related applications, updates, and customer requests. This role supports taxpayers by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, and providing in-person assistance.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Process tax applications, claims, and account modifications

+ Set up new tax licenses and handle special tax account requests

+ Update customer information, including address changes

+ Manually enter and review mailed applications for accuracy

+ Use internal database systems to update and maintain tax records
