Talent Development & Learning Manager

YOUR ROLE

The Talent Development & Learning (TD&L) Manager is responsible for defining and deploying CEVA’s regional TD&L strategy across the U.S. and Canada, in close alignment with global programs and business priorities. The role supports performance and culture enablement, develops current and future talents with solid solutions based on strong trainings path and also creative on the job solutions. He/She contributes to building a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline for CEVA USA /Canada

• Translate global L&D strategy into a NORTAM roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Deploy leadership, management, behavioral, and functional learning solutions with high impact.
• Ensure consistent, high quality delivery of learning initiatives across USA & Canada.
