**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for the different USA positions that the company requires (paralegals, administrative, marketing, and others).
- Stay informed about industry's best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.

**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in Law, HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of the different fields of law.
- Knowledge of hiring platforms.
- At least 2+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
