Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will find the perfect match for the open positions we have in the automotive sector.

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist in the markets to identify position requirements and develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet the requirements (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.)
• Perform screening and first contact with candidates, help them along the selection process.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone...
