Join our growing HR Shared Services Center in Katowice and play a key role in building and leading HR operations across European markets.

As an HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team delivering HR processes within the SSC and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable HR solutions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering HR processes within the SSC structure
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Support and coordinate the transition of HR processes from European markets into the SSC
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build strong working relationships across countries
