Talent Acquisition Specialist - Internship - Barcelona

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you will support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for various profiles for 5-6 month internships starting in July. By joining Papernest, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and providing the best candidate experience!

Responsibilities

• Briefing with managers
• Managing the publication of job ads on our various job boards
• Screening and selecting CVs
• Being the first point of contact for candidates and presenting the most relevant profiles to managers
• Monitoring the recruitment process through to the offer stage and supporting managers in their decision‑making
• Optimizing our sourcing to target the best profiles
• Communicating with peers in the Corporate and Tech teams
