About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related topics within the assigned organizational scope.
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Source screen and assess candidates according to client standards qualifications and project needs.
  • Post job openings and manage candidate pools using online recruitment platforms.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Oil & Gas recruitment experience is required.
  • Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering O&G Construction Aerospace & Defense.
  • Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage. <...
