Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract) Location: Fawley, UK (On-site) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £54,300 - £98,400 depending on experience About the Role We are partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a contract basis. Following challenges in identifying suitable talent within the Belgian market, the search has been expanded to the UK. The successful candidate will be based at the Fawley Refinery. You will join a collaborative, international Talent Acquisition team comprising three Recruiters, reporting to a Manager based in Hungary. The role will focus on sourcing experienced professionals (MPT roles) across multiple European markets, including the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, with occasional support in the Middle East.
