Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordinator - 6-month Fixed Term Contract (Newcastle based)

Overview

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, the TA Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery and management of our end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across RBC Capital Markets, Front Office.

RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert supporting the Front Office Recruiters to deliver a high quality recruitment process to the hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment processes ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Analyse and recommend process improvements where necessary.
• Track and analyse data to determine its accuracy and effectiveness.
• Able to be an ambassador for Capital Markets Front Office both externally and internally.
