We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high‑growth European hiring scope within the pharma industry on a 6-month contract .

This is a Zurich‑based, hands‑on role working closely with hiring managers across Europe. The focus is delivery, sourcing strength, and mature stakeholder partnership.

This role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, close to the business, and trusted by hiring managers to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership of recruitment processes across multiple European markets
