Talent Acquisition Officer (internship)- Dutch speaker

Your missions

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles
• Conduct initial screening calls with Dutch-speaking candidates
• Assist in managing candidate databases and updating records
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events
• Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment activities
• Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Your profile

• Experience with recruitment or human resources (internship or academic projects preferred)
• Academic background: studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms...
