As aTalent Acquisition, you will:

Responsible for recruiting to include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and negotiating.

Recruit and source candidates using multiple sourcing techniques to include internal and external databases, contact lists, job postings, networking, social media sites, complex internet searches; research and identify markets to tap for qualified talent.

Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
