Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring all positions are filled within agreed timelines
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments, endorsing qualified candidates to the HR Supervisor for 2nd-level interview
  • Coordinate interviews and provide clear, timely updates to Department Heads and the General Manager
  • Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation with 100% compliance to company policies
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports with accuracy and completeness

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
