About the job: Oversee a team of recruitment professionals in a call center environment and manage daily tasks such as screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.Ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while also developing a strong talent pipeline.Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Talent Acquisition teams collaboration with Marketing, Training, Operations, and other internal teams to plan- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.- Provide insights and well documented recruiting reports to the team ad organizationPreferred qualifications:- Proficiency in various recruitment strategies and techniques.
