Talent Acquisition Manager

to lead end-to-end recruitment for

lateral hiring across white-collar and grey-collar roles . The role will be responsible for managing and guiding the

PAN India recruitment team , driving hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of positions across corporate and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement

TA strategies

aligned with business growth and manpower planning
Drive

workforce planning

in coordination with business leaders and HRBPs
Ensure effective sourcing mix (job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, etc.)
Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
2. Recruitment Management
Oversee

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

for:
Lateral hiring (mid to senior level roles)
