Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral hiring across white-collar and grey-collar roles . The role will be responsible for managing and guiding the PAN India recruitment team , driving hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of positions across corporate and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement TA strategies aligned with business growth and manpower planning
