Job Summary This role leads the Talent Acquisition function at MTS.


Focus achieving MTS Manpower Annual Plan through recruiting technical and non-technical roles.


Builds talent pipelines for critical roles, optimizes systems, drives metrics, ensures a high-quality candidate experience, and manages a growing team of TA Specialists.


Responsibilities: Define and execute a proactive recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planning.


Achieve MTS Manpower Annual Plan with collaboration of department heads and develop scalable talent acquisition plans.
