Position Summary

Driver Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified drivers to meet the company's operational needs. This role includes active call-outs, candidate follow-ups, and end-to-end support during the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Sourcing & Call-Outs
• Conduct daily call-outs to potential driver applicants from job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and internal databases.
• Reach out to active and passive candidates to invite them for interviews, orientations, and assessments.
• Maintain a high call-out volume to ensure steady applicant flow.
• Applicant Screening
• Pre‑screen candidates over the phone to verify qualifications, experience, licenses, and route or vehicle compatibility.
