About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent mapping to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job advertisements, and other recruitment documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice, market insights, and hiring updates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
