Role Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned T‑SQL Database Developer with 7–9 years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and optimizing data solutions on high‑volume transactional systems. The ideal hire brings deep SQL performance‑tuning expertise , strong data‑modelling skills, and practical exposure to banking and/or insurance —covering areas such as payments, core banking, policy administration, claims, risk, or regulatory reporting. Knowledge of Sybase ASE will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Build robust database objects (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers) and performant SQL for OLTP/operational analytics workloads.
Performance & Scalability: Diagnose and tune complex queries, indexing strategies, partitioning, and concurrency; analyse execution plans and remediate hot spots.
