About the Role
An internal opportunity is now available for a Systems Support Specialist.
This role focuses on advanced technical support, resolving escalations, and maintaining high service standards across customer systems. You’ll work closely with Customer Support and Field teams to troubleshoot complex issues, restore services, and support system deployments and improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve escalated technical issues across software, hardware, and network environments
- Perform advanced remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support system configuration and remote commissioning during deployments and project work
- Own tickets through to resolution and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and technical knowledge sharing
- Support and mentor junior team members
