Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations

OpenAI's Recruiting Operations (RecOps) team provides the systems, workflows, and data foundation that power hiring at OpenAI. Within RecOps, the Systems & Enablement function owns the recruiting technology ecosystem—ensuring our ATS, offer workflows, and connected tools are reliable, well‑governed, and user‑centric.

We are seeking a Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations who will own high‑impact operational support across recruiting workflows. This person will own intake, triage, enablement, service health, and day‑to‑day support across recruiter and coordinator workflows, while partnering closely with People Systems on issues that require system configuration, controls, or integration changes.
