System Planning Manager (SD-Wan)

Responsible in design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure. Perform new technologies market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept. Support Proof-of-Value to customer. Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues. Responsible in-service product lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, releases, upgrades). Responsible in new feature development and platform enhancements. Responsible in technical planning, network/security engineering, and project management/coordination. Responsible in defining Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work. Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.
Skills for Success: Bachelors in computer science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
