We are looking for a System Engineer specialized in Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to join an infrastructure team. The role focuses on Citrix environments, hosted virtual desktops and printing services, with involvement in cloud migration and level 3 support activities.

  • Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure (CVAD / XenApp / StoreFront / Director)
  • Support and operate Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) environments
  • Manage enterprise printing solutions (pull printing / roaming printing / direct printing)
  • Handle 2nd/3rd level support and advanced troubleshooting
  • Participate in migration of Citrix services to cloud solutions
  • Support application owners in their cloud migration journey
  • Ensure lifecycle management, patching, and capacity management
