About the Role

            Responsibilities  Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams) 
Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, access control, and policies 
Implement and maintain M365 security & compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP) 
Manage and support network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN connectivity (site-to-site and remote access) 
Provide desktop support for end users (Windows devices, Office applications, printers, peripherals) 
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers and endpoints 
Support M365 deployment, migration, and tenant administration activities 
Perform routine maintenance including patching, backup, and recovery operations
