Swiss Talent Acquisition Partner – 2-Year Contract

Richemont is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Swiss Market team for a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring the best talent, ensuring a steady talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail and luxury sectors. Fluency in English and French is essential, while knowledge of Workday or SAP is advantageous.
