About the Role

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies, and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking a Swimming Instructor to support a unique US Navy program based on the island of Diego Garcia.

Job Responsibilities

Facility Operation and Maintenance:

  • Operating and maintaining the swimming pool in accordance with NAVMED P-5010-4, NAVSUPPFAC instructions, CNICINST , and other applicable Navy instructions and manuals.

  • Ensuring pool cleanliness, proper filtration, and water quality through regular monitoring and maintenance.

  • Inspecting pool equipment and addressing any maintenance concerns or coordinating repairs in a timely manner.

  • Enforcing all Navy and local safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe swimming environment for all patrons.
