About the Role

            What You’ll Do  Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms and investment journeys. 
Operate as a hands‑on technical leader across multiple engineering squads, driving strong technical execution and engineering standards. 
Build and evolve large‑scale full‑stack platforms across a modern stack that includes Java, ReactJS, and Python. 
Design distributed systems and platform architectures including microservices, APIs, event‑driven patterns, and micro‑frontends. 
Partner closely with product, business, and senior technology stakeholders to translate complex needs into robust technical solutions. 
Drive platform‑level thinking with an emphasis on extensibility, reuse, reliability, and speed.
