Sushi Production & Quality Specialist

Pick n Pay Retailers is seeking a Sushi Production Coordinator responsible for producing sushi according to the weekly plan, minimizing waste and ensuring readiness for promotions. This role emphasizes hygiene, cold chain management, and strict adherence to food safety procedures.

You will work closely with the Sushi Chef, support stocktakes, maintain production cards, and help uphold SOPs, with strong English communication and a team-first attitude.
