Sushi Assistant

Overview

Responsible for production of sushi within the Production department. Follow the production plan to ensure sales growth and minimize waste on a weekly basis. Ensure readiness of upcoming promotional lines in conjunction with the Sushi Chef. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment with proper hygiene and cold chain management. Ensure adherence to food safety procedures and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce sushi recipes according to the production plan.
• Assist with monthly stocktakes and conduct waste scanning daily.
• Maintain readiness for upcoming promotional lines in collaboration with the Sushi Chef.
• Ensure readiness of the work environment and maintain hygiene standards, including the cold chain, and prevent cross-contamination in the department.
