About the Role

Purpose Statement: Responsible for directing and coordinating the planning team activities in the development of a master production schedule. Coordinate and direct resources based upon balancing customer demand requirements and feasibility to optimize Customer Service Excellence, minimize potential inventory liability, days of inventory and support the site revenue plan.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Ensure direct functional team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, focusing on optimizing both customer and Plexus success.
Act as a liaison to customer for Demand and Planning issues to ensure effective resolution. This will also include ensuring team members are trained and have a good understanding of the requirements of customer contracts (LOI/LOU, PSA, MSA, etc.) and are in compliance with the applicable requirements.
