Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a teamwork of 15 to 30 people, monitoring KPIs, and responsible for training, coaching, motivating and directing the team while creating an environment which encourages commitment, increased productivity and superior quality.
- Participates in regularly scheduled conference calls with clients designed to obtain feedback on the performance of the team, and to provide an opportunity to implement any necessary procedural changes.
- Partners with the manager on process improvements and workflow to ensure business objectives are met.
