• Day shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Evening shift: 1:00pm – 10:30pm
• Awake Overnight shift: 10:00pm – 7:30am

POSITION SUMMARY

The Supportive Living Coordinator plays a critical frontline role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented supportive housing services to individuals living with complex mental health challenges and concurrent disorders. As a primary point of contact within the home, the Coordinator provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered support to individuals experiencing mental illness, addiction, intellectual disabilities, concurrent disorders, trauma-related impacts, and other vulnerabilities.
