Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in and around Trowbridge.

As an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be able to work across a variety of care settings in the Wiltshire area. Supporting each service user in a person‑centred way always following support plans, to enable you to give the very best person centred support and help each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives.

This is a temporary, ad hoc role, you will be supporting our clients with staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays. You will follow support plans to ensure person centred support, and encourage independence and choice in all aspects of daily life.

Shifts here vary between 07:00-22:00, they also have a sleep in shift at this service.
